How to Apply:  Moisturize you lips with lip balm but make sure its not too waxy.  Wait a couple minutes for the lip balm to dry and dab you lips with a tissue to remove any excess moisturizer.  Always sharpen your lip pencil before using it.  Before using your lip pencil, warm up the tip by drawing on the back of your hand.  This way it will go on to your lips more smoothly.  Part your lips slightly and trace your natural lip line.  Choose your lip pencil color based on what you intend do with it.  If you’re planning to wear red lipstick, go for red lip pencil and if you are planning to keep your lips looking natural, go for a nude or soft pink lip pencil.
